Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Banking Process at Teleperformance. This role involves handling customer queries, providing banking-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls (inbound/outbound)

• Assist with banking services, account-related concerns, and transactions

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

• Maintain records of interactions in the system

• Follow compliance, quality, and process guidelines

• Achieve daily performance and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Versant Level Required: 4

• Good communication skills in English + any regional language

Language Requirement:

• Tamil

• Malayalam

• Telugu

• Kannada

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 CTC

• ₹16,000 Take Home

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (paid once every 3 months)

Additional Benefits (Outstation Candidates):

• One-way transportation provided

• 14 days accommodation support

Special Benefit for Malayalam Language Candidates:

• ₹20,000 CTC

• ₹16,000 Take Home

• ₹1,800 Language Allowance

• ₹1,200 Shift Allowance (paid once every 3 months)

Working Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Week Off: 1 rotational off

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours)

• Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9 hours)
