Job Description – Loan Processor / Loan Processing Executive
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to manage and support the end-to-end loan application process. The role involves reviewing client documents, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring timely and accurate loan submissions. Key Responsibilities • Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents (income, ID, credit reports, etc.) • Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with lender requirements • Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders for follow-ups and updates • Prepare and submit loan applications through relevant systems/portals • Track application status and provide regular updates to stakeholders • Handle document collection, verification, and compliance checks • Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies during the loan process Requirements • Experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services preferred • Good understanding of personal loans, home loans, or asset finance • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and coordination abilities • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing systems (e.g., CRM/Infinity or similar) Key Skills • Documentation & Verification • Time Management • Client Handling • Problem-solving • Multitasking Preferred Qualifications • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field • Prior experience in loan operations or mortgage processin
