We are looking for a Banking Assistant to join our team at Land Co Constructions. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support. Get ₹15000 - ₹50000 salary along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

A Loan Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining loan products, and achieving sales targets by generating leads and converting them into successful loan applications. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales techniques, and the ability to understand customer needs and financial documents.
Meet customers and explain loan products based on their requirements.Provide complete product information including interest rates, eligibility, documentation, processing time, and EMI structure.Assist customers in choosing the right loan product
Collect and verify necessary documents such as KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.Ensure accurate submission of loan applications to the credit/operations team.Coordinate with internal departments for quick approval and disbursement.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good sales and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of finance & loan products
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Customer-friendly approach
Smartphone & basic computer literacy

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
