Job Description – Backend Executive (Loan Processing)

Position: Backend Executive – Loan Processing

Department: Loan Processing / Operations
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Tilak Nagar
Employment Type: Full-Time (09:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Backend Executive to support the end-to-end loan processing activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, sales teams, banks/NBFCs and internal teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle backend processing of Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP and other loan products.

• Verify and validate customer documents received from the sales/calling team.

• Check KYC, income documents, bank statements, GST/ITR and other required documents.

• Enter and update customer/application details accurately in the CRM/system.

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, credit and operations teams for loan processing.

• Follow up on pending documents, queries, login status and approvals.

• Track applications from login to sanction and disbursement.

• Maintain daily MIS and update application status.

• Identify documentation discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.

• Ensure all files are processed within defined TAT.

• Maintain proper records of customer applications and documentation.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth movement of cases.

• Follow company policies and lender-specific guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of loan processing and documentation

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and CRM systems.

• Strong follow-up and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet TAT.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.

• Prior experience with Banks/NBFCs/DSAs/Loan Processing Companies will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in banking, NBFC, DSA or financial services will be preferred.

Salary – Fixed + Variable.

₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills + Incentive based on achieving target..
