We are looking for a Backend Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a ₹14,000 - ₹30,000 salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle insurance renewal policies for customers.

• Understand and assess client’s insurance requirements.

• Recommend suitable insurance policies by analyzing risk involvement and coverage options.

• Provide clear communication and support to customers throughout the renewal process.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions.

• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum [Educational Qualification – Graduate in any field].

• Freshers & Prior experience in customer support / BPO / insurance sector is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• 2Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge ( excel )
