A Backend Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative, documentation, and coordination work to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining records, files, and documentation (purchase, sales, invoices, etc.)
Preparing quotations, invoices, and reports
Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Handling email communication and follow-ups
Updating data in Excel / ERP systems
Supporting sales and accounts departments
Tracking orders, dispatch details, and payments
Managing day-to-day office administrative tasks
