Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Executive with strong MS Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge. The role involves data processing, reconciliation, and supporting finance operations without customer calling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Perform data entry and validation of financial records.
Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries.
Support invoice processing and reconciliation.
Maintain and update financial databases.
Generate daily/weekly MIS reports.
Verify transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification (non-voice communication).
