Backend Executive
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of clients for our [product/service], from initial kickoff through successful go-live.
Prepare, maintain, and update implementation plans, process documentation, and client-facing materials.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and client walkthroughs.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure implementations are delivered on schedule.
Track implementation milestones, communicate project status, and follow up on outstanding action items.
Respond to client questions during onboarding and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues.
Support clients through go-live and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management or support.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good presentation and client-facing skills.
Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and implementation timelines.
Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project coordination, SaaS, or a related field is preferred.
