Sales Coordinator

Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Coordinator with hands-on experience in IndiaMART and TradeIndia platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in running advertisements, generating leads, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage and operate company profiles on IndiaMART and TradeIndia

2.Create and manage paid advertisements to increase lead generation

3.Handle incoming inquiries and respond promptly to potential customers

4.Extract and qualify leads from portals and share with the sales team

5.Maintain daily lead records and follow-up status

6.Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and order processing

7.Improve company visibility and ranking on B2B portals

8.Prepare daily/weekly reports of leads and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience working on IndiaMART and TradeIndia

Good knowledge of running ads and lead extraction from B2B portals

Basic understanding of sales coordination and customer handling

Good communication and follow-up skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

Graduate in any discipline
