Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, identifying their needs, tailoring solutions, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will manage your sales pipeline virtually and be responsible for creating compelling quotations and closing deals to hit monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Respond to inbound inquiries (website, email, social media) and conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate company products or services.
Quotation & Proposal Generation: Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
Demos & Presentations: Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels to successfully close sales.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software.
Reporting: Submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and metrics to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development
