Position: Back Office Executive

Ltd. is engaged in Credit Information, Due Diligence, Background Verification (BGV), Risk Assessment, Business Verification, Employment Verification, Residence Verification, Banking Verification and Corporate Investigation Services. The company works with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, Corporate Organizations and Financial Institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing verification cases received from clients.
• Data entry and updating records in company software.
• Preparing and maintaining verification reports.
• Coordinating with field investigators across India.
• Telephonic verification and follow-up with applicants, employers and references.
• Reviewing documents and maintaining case files.
• Managing MIS reports and daily operational reports.
• Ensuring accuracy and timely closure of verification cases.
• Email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
• Supporting daily back-office and administrative operations.

Required Skills

• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Eligibility

• Male/Female Candidates Can Apply.
• Freshers and Experienced Both Eligible.
• Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Knowledge of English and Hindi preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)
