Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer documentation and maintain records.
Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery documents, and other paperwork.
Update customer data and maintain MIS reports.
Coordinate with the sales, finance, insurance, and service departments.
Schedule vehicle deliveries and customer follow-ups.
Maintain stock and vehicle inventory records.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Ensure accurate filing and compliance with company processes.
Support showroom administration and daily backend operations. �
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a showroom, automobile dealership, or back-office role.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. �
