Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support loan processing operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, data entry, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth backend processing of loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage loan applications from initiation to disbursement
Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
Maintain accurate records and update internal regularlysystems
Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for application status
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Track pending cases and follow up for required documents

Handle customer queries related to documentation and application status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0–1 years of experience in loan processing / backend operations
Basic understanding of loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, LAP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

MS Excel
Basic Computer Knowledge
Typing Speed: 30-35 word per minute
