We are looking for candidates to join our team as Backend Support Executives. He/She will help monitor the gaming platform, review player activity, handle reports, and ensure a fair and safe environment for all players. Training will be provided.
Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)
Responsibilities:
Monitor player chats, reports, and gameplay activities.
Identify abusive, suspicious, or policy-violating behaviour and take action as per guidelines.
Review player tickets/complaints and provide correct resolutions.
Update player data, maintain logs, and support backend operations.
Escalate technical or critical issues to the respective team.
Assist in basic game testing (UAT) and event monitoring.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of moderation activities.
Required:
Exp: 0-2 years in backend support.
Good written communication skills
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, email handling).
Ability to follow guidelines and work accurately.
