Job Description

Office Coordinator & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete warehouse and logistics coordination activities
Coordinate dispatch schedules, deliveries, and material movement
Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock
Follow up with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams for timely dispatches
Coordinate with accounts, sales, and operations teams for smooth workflow
Maintain MIS reports and daily operational records
Resolve coordination issues related to logistics and warehouse operations
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all records

Skills & Requirements:

Experience in warehouse and logistics coordination
Hands-on experience in Tally is compulsory
Good knowledge of billing, stock handling, and dispatch processes
Strong coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of accounts and documentation
Good command of MS Excel and email communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
Responsible and organized working attitude

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidate with relevant coordination experience

Experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics industry preferred
