Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to handle backend operations, documentation, coordination, data management, and process support. The candidate should ensure smooth day-to-day backend activities and maintain accurate records and communication with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily reports, records, and databases

• Coordinate with HR, operations, recruitment, and branch teams

• Verify and process documents and employee data

• Handle MIS reports and backend documentation

• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with concerned departments

• Maintain proper filing and record management

• Support management in daily operational activities

• Monitor data accuracy and report discrepancies if any

• Handle email communication and backend coordination efficiently

Required Skills

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team coordination and follow-up skills

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate
