Backend Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support daily operational and administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for handling data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update company databases and records accurately

• Handle documentation, filing, and data entry work

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow

• Process and verify documents as per company requirements

• Manage emails, reports, and internal communications

• Ensure timely completion of assigned backend tasks

• Assist in preparing reports and MIS (Management Information System)

• Maintain confidentiality of company data and information

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Problem-solving and time management skills

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
