About us: we’re channel partners with banks and NBFCs (for example, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Bajaj).

Role: Back End Executive (calling-based) — you’ll be coordinating calls with customers and bankers.

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary: Discussed at interview.

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

No targets 🎯 — fixed salary job.

Weekly off: Sunday

Location : Noida, Sector 18

Incentives: Monthly, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Collect, verify, and maintain customer loan documents.

•Check the completeness and accuracy of loan application forms.

•Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams for loan processing.

•Upload and maintain customer data in CRM or loan management systems.

•Track loan application status and provide regular updates to sales executives and customers.

•Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain accurate records.

•Ensure compliance with KYC, banking, and company documentation requirements.

•Follow up with customers for pending documents.

•Resolve operational issues to ensure timely loan disbursement.

•Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company records.

Required Skills

•Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

•Strong documentation and data management skills.

•Good verbal and written communication.

•Attention to detail and accuracy.

•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Basic understanding of banking and loan processes.
