Job Description – Backend Executive
Position: Backend Executive
Experience: 3–4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Executive to support our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling backend operations, preparing quotations, coordinating tender-related documentation, and assisting with project costing and estimation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backend support to the sales and marketing team.

• Assist in tender documentation and submission processes.

• Understand client requirements received through emails and phone calls.

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on client requirements.

• Perform costing analysis and quantity estimation.

• Prepare and submit quotations accurately and within timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial information.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

• Support marketing documentation and proposal preparation.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation, reports, and commercial records.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

• Experience in costing analysis and quotation preparation.

• Basic understanding of tendering processes.

• Good documentation and coordination skills.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and client specifications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Any graduate in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in backend operations, tendering support, estimation, or commercial documentation.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in the interior, fit-out projects, construction, engineering, or project-based industry will be preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
