Job Title: Back Office Team Lead
Interview Process: 2 Rounds (Walk-in)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat support professionally
Provide information related to mutual fund products and transactions
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up for customer requests
Operations Management
Maintain and update client and transaction records accurately
Reconcile operational data and ensure report accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Transaction Support
Support account opening, KYC, FATCA, and documentation processes
Assist customers with purchase, redemption, SIP, STP, and switch transactions
Coordinate with AMC/RTA for transaction updates and issue resolution
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare MIS and operational reports
Coordinate with Sales teams, AMC, RTA, and internal stakeholders
Support audit and compliance-related activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
0–2 years of experience in customer support or operations
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and organized individual
Candidates residing in Chennai preferred
