Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead and Manage a Team: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of life insurance advisors.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
3. Participate in and conduct training and development sessions for new recruits.
4. Maintain proper documentation of your new team members.
5. Work closely with team members and seniors to implement marketing strategies
6. Manage and motivate the team to achieve performance goals
