Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Staff member to support our production and order fulfillment operations in the e-commerce and garment customization domain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless processing of orders, managing printing tasks, and coordinating with vendors.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Heat Press Machine Operations:Handle the day-to-day operation of heat press machines used for DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing on garments, ensuring accuracy and quality in final output.Order Processing & Packaging:Process online and offline customer orders, sort printed garments, and package them securely for shipment, maintaining timelines and quality standards.Vendor Coordination:Coordinate with DTF sheet vendors to ensure timely procurement of printed sheets based on order requirements, and manage sheet inventory as needed.Support E-commerce Operations:Assist the team with various backend e-commerce tasks such as stock checking, labeling, dispatch tracking, and documentation.Maintain Operational Efficiency:Ensure workstations are organized and equipment is maintained properly for smooth daily operations.
