Role: Backend Sales & Support Executive (General Insurance)
Core Responsibilities
Sales Operations: Identify/generate leads and perform persistent follow-ups until deal closure.
Quote Management: Generate "Market Best" insurance quotes by comparing rates and benefits.
Customer Support: Resolve agent/client queries promptly with a solution-driven approach.
Data & CRM: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage documentation with high speed and accuracy.
Requirements
Technical: Basic Computer knowledge, CRM operations, and professional mail writing.
Communication: Basic English and clear verbal/written skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and focused on meeting response-time deadlines.
