Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, polite, and proactive Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and handle business enquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and a basic understanding of billing and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Handle incoming business enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents.
Maintain records, files, and business documents accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
Track payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and maintain billing records.
Manage office inventory and procurement requirements.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and client visits.
Assist management with reports and operational updates.
Requirements
12 th or Graduation or equivalent qualification.
Good knowledge of computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and record management.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Smart, professional, and well-organized personality.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Knowledge of accounting software or billing software will be an added advantage.
