We are looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and proforma invoices. Coordinate with sales engineers and customers for order requirements. Process sales orders and follow up for order confirmation and dispatch. Maintain customer records, pricing details, and sales data in ERP/CRM systems. Follow up with customers for pending quotations, payments, and delivery status. Coordinate with purchase, stores, and accounts departments for smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp professionally. Prepare sales reports, MIS, and daily/weekly follow-up status. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in back office sales / sales coordination. Knowledge of Siemens Automation Products (PLC, VFD, SCADA) preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
