Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales or business development.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
