Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, images) on company website and Apps.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain product/catalog databases.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for product availability and dispatch timelines.
Handle backend issue resolution (order errors, payment failures, shipping delays).
Generate and analyze reports (sales, inventory, performance metrics).
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries and order-related issues.
Follow up with leads, abandoned carts, or pending orders to drive conversions.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Provide after-sales support and build customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
