We are looking for a Back Office Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing essential data processes, supporting sales operations, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative assistance. The position offers career growth opportunities in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update sales data for smooth business operations.
Verify customer information, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
Organize and manage digital and physical records for easy access.
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily operations.
Assist in order processing and customer follow-ups.
Generate reports for internal teams to support decision-making.
Handle sensitive business data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email handling).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
