We are hiring for the following positions:

1) Back Office Sales Co-Ordinator cum Office Assistant (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments

• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up on orders

• Handle customer calls, emails, and daily correspondence

• Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation

• Support billing, dispatch coordination, and basic office administration

• Ensure timely follow-ups for payments and order status

Requirements:

• HSC / Graduate / Diploma

• 1–2 years experience in sales coordination or office administration

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong communication in Marathi, English & Hindi

• Organized, responsible, and customer-oriented

2) Store In-Charge (Male)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of material

• Maintain stock records and inventory control

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and dispatch teams

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safety practices

• Stock verification and reconciliation on a regular basis

Requirements:

• HSC/ Graduate / Diploma

• 1-2 years experience in store or warehouse handling

• Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills

• Honest, disciplined, and physically fit

• Ability to work independently and manage helpers if required

3) Delivery Boy (Male)

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely delivery and pickup of materials to/from customers and vendors

• Handle documents such as delivery challans and invoices

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep

• Coordinate with store and office staff for daily delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Min. SSC pass

• Valid two-wheeler / Four Wheeler driving license

• Own two-wheeler preferred

• Good knowledge of Pune routes

• Responsible, punctual, and polite
