Job Description

Customer Support Executive/ IDSS/ Back Office Support

👔 Job Responsibilities:•

• Handle customer goods return process and sample set returns.
• Send sample sets to new sales team members.
• Maintain MIS Reports on daily basis.
• Work on order cancellation and re-feeding in SAP.
• Coordinate with sales team, distributors and retailers for smooth order processing.

📝 Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
• Atleast 1-2 years experience in customer service.
• Hands-on experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
