Job Summary

Key Responsibilities (2026)

Call Management: Execute a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads or handle inbound queries regarding products and services.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospective customers, qualify leads, and persuasively close sales or schedule appointments for the sales team.

Database Management: Accurately record every interaction, feedback, and call status in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) or Excel.

Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve queries professionally, and follow up to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Script Compliance: Adhere to predefined call scripts while personalizing the conversation based on the customer’s tone and needs.

Reporting: Share valuable market insights and customer feedback with management to improve products or sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in English and relevant regional languages (e.g., Hindi or Marathi in Pune).

Soft Skills: High patience, active listening, and the ability to handle rejection or difficult customers calmly.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using telecalling software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications like MS Office.

Education: Typically requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; some roles prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.

Experience: Entry-level (0–1 year) for freshers; 2+ years for Senior Telecaller roles.

Salary & Growth in Pune (Jan 2026)

Fresher & Experienced ₹1.9 Lakhs to ₹2.8 Lakhs per year . Incentive is more than 10k

Career Path: Progression from Telecaller to Team Lead, Quality Analyst, or Sales Manager.
