Job Opening: Back Office Operations Executive

RL Consumer Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Back Office Operations Executive to join our growing team. The role involves managing data, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Update and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Maintain and organize both physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to support smooth operations.
• Generate reports and summaries to assist internal decision-making.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information.
• Manage in-house inventory stock, including dispatch and received materials.
• Maintain records of team members and operational activities.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 – 6+ years of relevant experience in back office or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good organizational and record management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Computer operations preferred.
