## Job Type

* 9-hour working shift

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle telephonic inquiries and convert leads into bookings.

* Explain travel packages, trekking tours, and other tourism services to customers.

* Manage backend operations and booking execution.

* Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth tour operations.

* Maintain customer records and prepare reports using computer applications.

* Handle email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

* Support digital marketing activities and manage social media platforms.

* Ensure timely follow-up with customers before and after bookings.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.

## Candidate Requirements

* Good communication skills in **Kannada, Hindi, and English**.

* Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, internet, and basic office software.

* Knowledge of email marketing, digital marketing, and social media platforms is preferred.

* Ability to manage office operations and backend processes efficiently.

* Good organizational and coordination skills.

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-oriented approach.

* Previous experience in the tourism, travel, trekking, or hospitality industry is an added advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills and computer knowledge may also apply.
