For a large business establishment for Chairman's Control Unit Department.

Position: Back-Office Operations Executive

Department: Chairman's Control Unit

Location: Kozhikode

Gender: Male

Education: Degree/PG

Experience: Min. 1 year experience in any office works + working knowledge in MS office

Salary: 20000/month (negotiable for right candidates) + performance incentives

Food and Accommodation will be provided

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam

Capable to handle self correspondances

Must be computer proficient. Good working knowledge in MS Office

Interview mode: Face to face at Calicut

Roles & Responsibilities:

Process Management: Ensures smooth day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency.

Coordination: Acts as a bridge between departments (HR, Finance, Sales, IT) to keep projects aligned.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepares performance reports, tracks KPIs, and suggests improvements.

Compliance & Policies: Makes sure company policies, legal requirements, and quality standards are followed.

Resource Allocation: Manages office resources, vendor relationships, and sometimes budgets.

Problem-Solving: Quickly addresses operational bottlenecks or issues that affect productivity.
