We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support daily operations, documentation, data management, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
Manage and maintain accurate data records, reports, and documentation.
Handle back-end operations including data entry, analysis, and file management.
Coordinate with internal teams for information gathering and task follow-ups.
Prepare MIS reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Assist in administrative tasks such as email handling, documentation, and record keeping.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and ensure compliance with processes.
Support management in operational tasks and daily workflow activities.
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in back office/support roles.
Strong command over MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
