We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Calling Executive who will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and generating insightful reports using analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel and have basic PowerPoint skills to present data effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
Maintain and update call records and databases accurately
Follow up with clients/customers as required
Analyze call data and prepare reports using Excel
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Create basic presentations using PowerPoint to summarize findings
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate in any discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data analysis, reporting)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
