Back Office Operations

As Operations Intern, you'll work directly in our command center, planning and executing the core operational workflows that keep our business running. You won't be on the sidelines—you'll own real processes: inventory management across marketplaces, order fulfillment coordination, returns reconciliation, demand planning, and operational analytics. You'll identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to build automations that drive operational excellence.

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CEO and co-founders (both IIM alumni) to optimize daily operations. Manage catalog sync across four major marketplaces. Coordinate with supply chain and fulfillment partners. Build dashboards and reports that inform business decisions. Use AI and automation to eliminate manual, repetitive work. Ship operational improvements that directly impact margin and speed.
