Key Responsibilities:
Lender Management:
Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
Track and manage lender documentation, agreements, and service-level expectations.
Coordination with Lenders:
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external lenders to ensure smooth communication.
Follow up on loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and queries.
Accounts Assistance:
Support the Accounts Department with reconciliation of lender payments and commissions.
Assist in preparing reports related to lending transactions and financial summaries.
CIBIL Checks & Claim Verification:
Conduct CIBIL score checks for applicants and ensure compliance with credit policies.
Verify claims and supporting documents submitted by customers or partners.
Flag discrepancies and escalate suspicious cases to the compliance team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Freshers in operations, finance, or lending coordination.
Familiarity with CIBIL reports and basic credit evaluation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
