Role Description The Back Office Employee will support daily operations related to mutual fund distribution and investment services at Jain Financial Services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gwalior and involves processing client applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely updates in internal systems and third-party platforms. Responsibilities include preparing reports, reconciling data, handling documentation, and coordinating with front-office staff to resolve queries and support sales and customer service activities. The role also involves responding to basic client information requests, following compliance guidelines, and assisting with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Candidates should possess strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation management, and record-keeping.
