Key Responsibilities

1.Handle customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media.

2.Assist customers with order placement, order tracking, delivery status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

3.Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

4.Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

5.Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, payment methods, offers, and company policies.

6.Manage customer requests related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.

7.Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of complaints and queries.

8.Maintain accurate customer records, interaction logs, and complaint details in the CRM or ticketing system.

9.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email, and internet applications.

Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.

Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
