Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Office Executive to manage data entry, coordinate with field workers, and prepare professional presentations. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.
Update and manage databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
Coordinate with field workers regarding daily tasks, schedules, and work updates.
Follow up with workers to collect required information and ensure timely reporting.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for meetings, client presentations, and internal reporting.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
Assist with administrative and back-office operations.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle other office-related tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple team members and workers.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is an advantage.
