About the Role:
We're not looking for a coordinator, but an OPERATIONS MANAGER — we need someone who owns the full campaign loop, end to end, and treats it like their own business. Fast-paced, commercial, and hands-on, with occasional travel to screen sites and meetings with railway/other authorities. This isn't a traditional advertising agency job. It's fast, it's commercial, and it rewards people who think on their feet.
What You'll Own:
Campaign execution — push creatives, track live campaigns, flag issues early
Rate calculations — build client estimates, calculate spot vs. normal rates
Client & agency coordination — follow up on POs, payments, creatives, approvals
Reporting & billing — maintain trackers in Excel, coordinate invoices
Email communication — draft professional emails independently
Who We're Looking For:
Quick to respond, same-day communication
Comfortable with numbers and daily Excel work
Comfortable traveling to sites and various govt departments (Railways, BMC, Metro etc)
Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for writing and problem-solving
2–4 years in media operations, advertising, or coordination-heavy roles (OOH/DOOH a plus)
Self-starter — gets things done without being chased
