💼 POSITION

Back Office Incharge (Senior Level)

🎓 QUALIFICATION

✔ B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering Mandatory) ✔ Strong understanding of technical documentation & administrative systems

⏳ EXPERIENCE

✔ Minimum 10+ Years Experience in Engineering / Manufacturing Industry ✔ Proven experience in Back Office Operations / Coordination / Administration ✔ Experience in handling ERP-based systems and reporting

🧾 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Independently manage complete back office operations ✔ Handle daily administrative functions & inter-department coordination ✔ Work on ERP system for data entry, tracking & reporting ✔ Prepare and maintain MIS reports (Production, Dispatch, Operations) ✔ Manage professional email communication with clients, vendors & internal teams ✔ Maintain accurate documentation, records & filing systems ✔ Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales & Accounts departments ✔ Provide operational reports & data support to management ✔ Ensure smooth workflow & communication across departments

💻 TECHNICAL / SYSTEM SKILLS

✔ Hands-on experience in ERP Software (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Any ERP) ✔ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (MIS, reporting, data handling)

✔ Ability to handle data analysis, reporting & documentation systems ✔ Knowledge of basic production / dispatch coordination processes

🏭 INDUSTRY REQUIREMENT

✔ Mandatory experience in Engineering / Manufacturing Company ✔ Mechanical engineering background is compulsory ✔ Exposure to industrial products / process-based companies preferred

✔ Excellent English communication (written & verbal) ✔ Strong coordination & follow-up skills ✔ High level of responsibility & ownership ✔ Systematic, disciplined & process-oriented approach ✔ Ability to work independently and handle pressure
