Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Intern to support our day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The intern will assist in data management, documentation, coordination, and internal process support, gaining hands-on experience in back office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating records, databases, and files

• Support data entry, verification, and basic reporting tasks

• Handle documentation, scanning, filing, and record management

• Coordinate with internal teams for operational support

• Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

• Support invoice processing, billing, or MIS-related tasks (if applicable)

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Basic knowledge of data analysis or MIS

• Familiarity with office tools or ERP/CRM systems

• Prior internship or administrative experience
