Key Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry, maintain records, and update internal databases.

• Manage documentation, including verification, filing, and indexing.

• Coordinate with front-office teams for smooth workflow.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

• Assist in invoice processing, follow-ups, and reconciliation (if applicable).

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of operational tasks.

• Monitor and respond to emails, queries, and internal communications.

• Support onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance-related activities.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity.

• Provide overall administrative support to the operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Commerce/Management).

• Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of documentation and back-office processes.

Preferred Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in back-office/operations/data management roles.

• Experience in documentation, verification, or administrative processes.
