The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling the document verification process, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of verification tasks. The role involves reviewing, validating, and maintaining records while coordinating with internal teams and clients as required.
Verify and validate documents received from clients or internal departments.
Maintain accurate records and update verification data in the system.
Cross-check details to ensure authenticity and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with field teams and clients for missing or incomplete documents.
Prepare daily and weekly verification reports.
Ensure all documents are securely stored and handled with confidentiality.
Support the audit process by providing verified data and records.
Assist in other back-office tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and data management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Monday to Saturday.
