Job Summary 

We are hiring a Back Office Executive – Production with strong hands-on experience in SAP to support daily production documentation, MIS reporting and coordination between Production, Stores and Planning teams at our manufacturing plant. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Update and maintain production data in SAP (GRN, confirmations, material issues, WIP) 

• Prepare daily/weekly production MIS reports and dashboards 

• Coordinate with Production, PPC and Stores for material movement and documentation 

• Maintain production registers, shift reports and records 

• Track work orders, job cards and dispatch-related documentation 

• Support inventory updates, reconciliation and basic data checks 

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of SAP entries 

• Handle basic documentation for audits and internal reviews 

• Provide administrative support to Production team 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Any Graduate (Commerce / Arts / Science) 

• 1–2 years of experience in production back office / plant documentation 

• Hands-on experience in SAP (PP / MM modules preferred) 

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting 

• Good communication and coordination skills 

• Detail-oriented, organized and process-driven 

• Comfortable working in general shift
