Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Manage files, invoices, and internal correspondence
Coordinate with front office, accounts, and other departments
Process orders, bills, and client information
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good typing speed and data management skills
