Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Conducting data entry, updating databases, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, handling emails, printing documents, and maintaining office supply inventory.
Accounting & Billing: Processing invoices, managing payroll, tracking expenses, and assisting with financial transactions.
Department Coordination: Acting as a bridge between different internal departments (like sales, HR, and IT) to resolve queries and streamline workflow.
HR Assistance: Supporting recruitment, managing employee records, and helping with on boarding processes.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
