Job Description – Receptionist cum Back Office Executive

🏢 Location: Near Bhaktinagar Circle, Rajkot
💼 Position: Receptionist cum Back Office Executive
👩 Gender: Female Only
🕒 Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and attend incoming phone calls professionally.
Manage the front desk and handle daily office coordination.
Maintain records, documents, and data entry work.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other office-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle reception and back office responsibilities efficiently.
